Meat over rice

Ground Beef over Rice

I don't really know what it's called, but in Japan, there are THIN slices of beef marinated and poured over rice, but I just use ground beef/pork

Brown up meat.
Add about 2-3 tbsp. of Soy sauce (more if needed-taste it)
add 1-2 tbsp. of Sugar (more or less)
(1tsp. of Mirin if you have it, if not, no worries)
Just cook a bit more with a pinch of S&P and pour over rice
It's really simple, a quick lunch with a side salad or something but quite tasty!
