"Aunt Mae's Bean Dip"

Looking for that new and interesting dish to wow your guests or to take to a party/potluck? (not to mention EASY AND QUICK?!
Look no further!
I first had this at my sister in laws-LOVED it. Then I made it for Jill's baby shower today...A HIT.


1can black beans,
1 can white beans (or navy beans),
1 can black eyed peas,
1 can white corn (shoe peg corn)
1 red onion (half for a milder flavor)
handful of cilantro
3/4 sugar
1/2C. white vinegar,
1/2 veg. oil,
1 TBS tiger sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain off all bean liquid and mix together.
add chopped red onion and a handful of chopped cilantro
Combine all liquids and pour over beans.
add salt and pepper to taste.
Marinate over night and serve with corn chips.
